Learning to swim*open*

She laughed as well at Daddy before seeing Ratchet's mouth for the first time. She she saw him panic she held a warm smile on her face and swam over to him. She desided a different method of comfort and held him close. She looked him in the face as she spoke kindly.
"You don't have to apolgize for what you look like. It's just what makes you you and no one else. So what if it makes you seem scary? Many are afraid of me because of my feet and scars. It's just a part of you people need to realize doesn't reflect who you really are. I think your smile is nice to tell the truth."
She seemed to feel a bond form between her and this young heartless. She didn't know if it was because he helped her from dying of poison or if it was how he was skiddish like her brother but she felt she needed to keep him happy and safe.

Ratchet soon felt Talone hold him close and soon he clung to her and started to calm down from his fear, he looked up at her when she told him what she thought and he smiled a bit before saying "I-I think your feet are cool and your scars give you a m-mysterious quality. T-thank you for liking my smile....I like your laughs they sound sort of like a song bird." He was now starting to feel sleepy as Talone made a very good source of comfort as he never been held by a living thing that much.

Big Daddy watched and was processing what was happening and thought that this was perfect for record keeping, and so the machine recorded the information on his data disk.

She let out a happy chirp as she held him closer. She felt a feeling of joy rise in her chest as she heard him talk kindly of her. She could tell he was getting sleepy and almost started to rock him in her arms. One would think her motherly instinct was taking over as she hummed a soft tune to the little heartless in her arms.
"Thank you Ratchet, that is very kind of you to say that."
She continued to hum her soft tune and close her eyes in a state of peace.

Ratchet soon was just out like a light in Talones arms as he held onto her like a she was a lifeline almost, he would mumble a bit before snugging himself deeper into her arms. The humming tune was the finishing blow as he couldn't hold out against the melody while Big Daddy moved to a defensive position around the two and kept on the look out, Ratchet would sleep there if allowed to but he could wake up if shaken enough times.

She didn't didn't have the heart to disturb him as he laid there sound asleep like an angel. She knew due to what he was he would be viewed as a devil but she saw him more like an innocent child. She looked over to Daddy as it crept closer and groaned. She looked at him and gave a soft 'shhh' to make sure he wouldn't disturb Ratchet's sleep. She then started to rock slightly as she spoke softly to herself.
"I feel you are the sweet child I was meant to care for. No matter what happens, I'll keep you safe little one."
She rested her head on top of his and hummed a tune in her moment of bliss.

~Time Skip ahead three hours of rest~

Ratchet let out a long yawn as he started to wake up but for some reason what he woke up on was soft and warm, it felt nice and he snuggled into it again but still looked around and saw that he was sleeping against Talone and was sort of in her chest area by now. This caused him to blush and move out of there as he was not a pervert, when he got up and looked around he saw that Talone was sleeping pretty good with Big Daddy still standing guard over the area.

Ratchet walked up to Big Daddy and tapped the robot on the shoulder which caused it to look over at him and stare. Ratchet stared back before saying, "How long was I asleep?" Big Daddy held up three fingers to show that it been three hours since they went to sleep. Ratchet was surprised by such a thing and at the same time a bit happier now that he had someone who cared about him honestly. He now moved back to where Talone was and sat beside her held her a bit to keep her arm till she woke up or something.

She hadn't realized he had fallen asleep until she felt Ratchet move out of her arms. She rubbed one of her eyes as she stretched her arms. She looked over to Ratchet with a smile on her face.
"Slept well I'm guessing? I didn't even realize I had fallen asleep myself."
She swam over to one of the port windows and looked to see the waters were darker from a setting sun. She went back to where her friends were and desided it would b good to find a way back to twilight town.
"I think it's time we all get out of this word and to our homes."
She looked around hoping there was a heartless close by she could use to get back to her nest in Twilight Town forest.

Ratchet smiled up at her and nodded his head before she got up and started to look around, he himself was already stretched so he didn't mind one bit moving after sitting for a while. When she started to talk about getting back home he did feel a little sad because he wouldn't see her for a while, but he knew he would see her again and so he said "I'll get you back h-home Talone, I'm a heartless after all. Big Daddy go back to Castle O-Oblivion ok?" The large machine nodded its head before a portal opened and he walked through the portal, one could look through it to see all the machines and different parts laying around in a lab before it closed.

Ratchet himself started to concentrate on opening a darkness portal but then said "Y-you live in Twilight town right....I-I know how to get there myself." he was slowly forcing a darkness portal to open that would link the two worlds but it was hard on Ratchet as he wasn't good at this any more.

She gave him a hug that crushed him into her chest as she set a gentle kiss atop his head. She pulled back and smiled down at him as she bowed and gave the low chirp that meant good bye.
"Thank you Ratchet, you can find me in Twilight Town forest if you ever end up there. Until our flights cross again, farewell Little Heartless."
She then swam into the portal he was holding open for her to Twilight Town. She looked over her shoulder and waved one last time before disappearing into the darkness.

Ratchet was utterly and completely caught by surprise by Talone's actions as he knew where his face was being crushed into and that caused his dark face to turn pink fast, the kiss on his head even made it worse as she swam off into the portal leaving the poor little guy in a daze.

When she disappeared he just stumbled into his own portal to get back home but all the while he was having a hard time figuring out his thoughts but mostly he knew he liked birds a lot not as well as the fact he liked kisses on his head. Yep Ratchet was becoming more teenage like and it all the fault of a very hug happy bird lady.
