Stranger and stranger*open/Yuffie*

"I wasn't going to use it here. I was going to save it as a congradualations, you made it out alive." Yuffie said with a little glare as she grabbed a piece of the fish and chewed on it. Her face was full of anger, and she tried to hide that she liked the fish, but her eyes showed complete happiness. "Has a weird tang from it. I'm guessing from the wine, am I correct?" Yuffie asked.

She took another piece of fish and shook her head at yuffie's assumption.
"I doubt it. This wine makes food bitter when used in cooking, this taste is more sweet. Could be the tigerlily petals I used to start the fire."
She thought about it being a celebratory drink aftervthey got out of there but still wasn't liking the idea.
"when we learn more about this place and get to your gummi ship I'll give you a bottle if you still want it alright? But you must be very careful and only have the measurement of 2 spoonfuls every time you drink it. Not the best thing to chug down all at once."

Yuffie gave a salute as she nodded. "Two spponfuls, gotcha!" Yuffie gave a cheshire grin as she took another bite of fish. "You can have the last bite." She said as she stood and started to stretch. "And by the way, do you know a way how to get the fire out?"" She pointed her head to the forest. "Because I sure don't want this bunny queen coming after me."

She nodded in agreement to mot wanting to meet that rabbit's queen. She went over to the pond she got the fish from and filled up her hands with some water. She quickly moved back over to the fire and dropped the water on it. It sizzled loudly while she slipped the toeless socks from her feet. Her now exposed feet were stomping into the ashes as there was no flame left. She dusted off her claws and but her toeless socks back on.
"that should do it."
She flexed her toes and saw a splinter was stuck in her middle toe on her left foot. She sighed before sitting down and trying to remove the annoying material trapped in a small separation in the scaly bird skin and her claw's cutical.

Yuffie sat down and stared at the splinter. "It seems deep, you might have to cut it out." She flipped a kunai out of her pocket and had the tip pointing to herself. "I swear it is clean." She smiled nicely.

She looked at the kunai nervously and moved her hands away from her foot. She wasn't exactly fond of the idea of such a sharp object being close to her foot again.
"just make it quick alright? We need to get a move on."
In all reality she just wanted the cutting tool as far from her foot as possible. She was hoping that since some of her nerves were removed during her forth claw removal surgery maybe she wouldn't feel the kunai digging into her foot. She tensed just in case she did end up feeling it.

"I'll be quick." Yuffie grabbed the foot and made a tiny cut that hit the splinter. She then set the kunai down and plucked the splinter out. "There ya go." Yuffie pulled a rag out of her pocket and cleaned the kunai, then stood. "It's all done now. And quicker than trying to pull it out."

She felt a tiny prick and then it was over. She looked at her foot to see a small amount of blood dripping from the cut. She quickly took a bandage from her pocket and covered it to prevent infection. Standing quickly, she started foreword where low growls, hoots, and chirps were heard.
"sounds like we went in a bad direction. I have a feeling we're gonna meet some more strange creatures."
She looked around as a thought came to her mind. She wanted to get around faster and being on the ground was too slow for her taste.
"hey ever wanted to see the world as a bird does?"

Yuffie grinned as she looked at Talone. "Are you serious, I've always wanted that! Just jumping from tree to tree never really works for the imagination!" She ran up to Talone's face with happiness in her eyes. "Do you think you can carry me!?"

She grinned at this and lifted up off the ground. She then hovered next to her as she got ready to use her feet to pick Yuffie up by her shoulders.
"you're really light, no need to worry, grab onto my ankles if ya get scared!"
She then took off and flew high over the mushroom trees with ease. She loved feeling the wind felt against her skin and wings. She wanted to start a spiral but stopped remembering she was carrying Yuffie with her.

"Yays, I'm flying!!!!" Yuffies yelled before she looked down. "Crap this is high!!!" She then looked up and saw a castle in the distance. "Hey Talone! There's a castle up ahead! Go for it!" Yuffe said as she grabbed Talone's ankles.

She nodded before increasing her speed by removing the wind around them. She didn't want to go completely to the castle as there may be something living in it and stopped by the hedges shaped as hearts close to it. She gently placed Yuffie on the ground before landing herself. She held a content smile on her lips as she looked over to the girl.
" Was it what you expected for your first flight?"
The low rumble of voices drew her from the question as she ducked down next to the hedges. She saw large card soldiers talking to oneanother. Her eyes held wide open at the bizarre site.
"talking cards....what's next a door?"

"The cards sure are weird." Yuffie said as she saw the soldiers. She looked around and sighed. "Yeah the next thing is a door." She pointed her index finger to a door that was sleeping.

"Off with their heads!" Yuffie turned quickly to see a plump woman on a pedestal yelling with a heart on a cane. Sitting beside her though was the rabbit. "We just found her majesty I believe." Yuffie whispered.

She too looked behind them to see the queen's face as red as a cherry. She glared at the rabbit while card soldiers started for them. With a strong stroke of her wings she made a gust of air that knocked down a large amount of the cards. She stood tall and fluffed out her open wings as she addressed the angry woman.
"Pardon us your highness, we did not mean to disturb you or your garden. We were just looking around to see your marvelous kingdom. Do forgive us."
She then bowed down with wings folded as she whispered to Yuffie.
"Play along, I have a plan."

Yuffie winked as she looked at the roses. "Your Majesty, those roses are quite magnificant." She smiled as she walked to the Queen and got down on one knee. "I bet they share you beauty." Yuffie turned on the acting part on her brain, which she used for thievery.

"Oh, thank you dear. Ignore the order. Seems like we have real ladies here." The cards stepped back from Talone and Yuffie, and Yuffie stood.

"Thank you my Queen." She slightly bowed. Hoping in her mind that Talone would come along in her plan.

Talone stepped forth as well, folding her wings behind her. She stood next to Yuffie and bowed again. She decided she would do something she would not normally do as she pulled out a small purple bottle of WalThissle juice. She put on the nicest smile she could without her scar making her face look distorted as she made an offer to the queen.
"I offer you a gift as a token of letting us live. I give you a finely aged wine and a tale from my family. Does this suit you your Highness?"
She was hoping Yuffie could read the dark gleam in her eye as the queen laughed and had the rabbit get her a glass to drink her simple 'wine'.

Yuffie held back the laugh as she looked at the queen wanting a sip. The rabbit brought the glass and the queen yanked the bottle out of Talone's hand and poured a glass of it. Yuffie stepped back a step as the queen drank her full glass. "How do you feel your Majesty?" Yuffie asked as the queen started to sway side to side.

Talone had a light full of laughter as her face held concern. Her lip didn't even twitch as the queen's words slurred and she fell from her pedistal. The rabbit started to runaround in a panic as the cards took the queen into the castle slurring to the point of drooling and not even being able to move very well. Thee rabbit ranted and claimed Talone poisoned his queen. She was getting fed up with the furball and picked him up by the ears. She glared at him while she explained.
"It was poison you babbling bag if fur, it was a very strong wine that can make one drunk just from a small taste. Now run along before I find a nice hungry animal to eat you."
With that she dropped him and laughed darkly as the rabbit scurried off shaking like a leaf.

Yuffie laughed with Talone, just not as dark. "So that would have happened to me if I drank the whole bottle, basically?" She grinned as she gave Talone a thumbs up. "Well that was fun." Yuffie brought out a kunai and walked to a rose bush. Cutting of two roses, she quickly cut off the thorns and handed Talone one. "Souviner?"

Talone nodded her head her question of having the same side effects on the little ninja. She took the rose with a gentle smile. She examined the rose as they walked out of the maze. A perplexed look crossed her features as she touched one of the red rose petals and paint ended up all over her fingers. There was a pure white flower underneath the red paint and it saddened her.
"What a shame to paint perfectly good white roses red. That queen is so vein."
She started wiping the paint away from the poor abused plant with a look of sustain on her face.
"should I help you get back to the ship you rode to get here now? I think we've seen all we should for the day."
She smiled at the rose seeing she completed cleaning it's petals completely. This little miss trip on the heartless's behalf wasn't so bad after all.

"I think I can manage." Yuffie placed her flower in her left hand and held out her right for a handshake. "Until we meet again?" She asked.

She nodded and took her new friend's hand. She then smiled as she stated how her race said good bye.
"yes, until our flights cross again, I'll give you a proper MaloGriff farewell."
With that she bowed her body foreward, flapped her wings twice and made a low bird like chirp nouveau in the back of her throat. She reached into her bag and pulled out a purple bottle of wine. She took Yuffie's hand and placed the bottle in her palm.
"As I had promised here is your own bottle of WalThissle Juice. Be careful with it!"
On that note she kicked off the ground and flew high above the trees in hopes of finding a heartless to take her back to her nest in Twilight town.

Yuffie grinned as she held the bottle up and looked at it. "Celebration when I get back to Castle Oblivian." She did a quick jump and went to her gummi ship. "Ready to go Celescope?" The ship beeped in return and let the door open. "Let's go home."
