Appearance: Her eyes are violet in this game, as opposed to the blue-grey they were in the first game. Yuffie switches her original forehead guard for a regular black headband with white lining. She wears an unzipped, dark grey combat vest with a black strap dangling from the right pocket overtop a navy blue tank top with white floral designs. She wears a white wristband on her right wrist and a grey, fingerless glove on her left arm. Her shorts are slightly darker and have another black strap dangling from the left side. Yuffie also wears black, knee-high socks with white stripes at the top underneath dark tan boots that are slightly shorter than her socks. In both of her appearances, Yuffie uses her 4-Point Shuriken from Final Fantasy VII as her weapon.

Personality: For the most part, Yuffie is not trustworthy to any extent. Ruthless and unfeeling in her thievery, she makes just as good an ally as she does an annoyance. Once her deeper motives are discovered, however, she is found to be a person with a noble cause -- just with a bad method of achieving it!

History: Yuffie was born and raised on the island of Wutai where generations of ninjas have long called home. A particularly nefarious and conniving child, Yuffie stole from travelers without second thought. However, her greed for more Materia brought her back to the traveling AVALANCHE team where she finally met her match with Cloud Strife. She then joined the team and helped them out in their fight against Sephiroth and Shinra, Inc.

But to follower her new team she had to go to Hallow Bastion, where Cloud was chasing Sephiroth. She met new people that soon joined the team, but after nine years she and her team were together, their town was soon destroyed.

The team then moved to another place called Traverse Town where she found Sora and dragged him back to the hotel.

After Sora leaves the hotel with the new information. Yuffie went out walking only to have met with a group of heartless. She was alone, and figured that she could take them. As she was fighting a Crimson Jazz knocked her unconscious while a Wizard Heartless shocked her with a thunder attack eight times. Yuffie died after the last shock and in the bodies place was then a heartless. But a nobody was also created. The new nobody only knew that she was a person who knew had to fight as she walked away.

I'd like to see more in the way of history since this is a Canon character.

I'm not saying that you need to write a pages long expose, but another paragraph or two would be nice.

And why are you saying that Yuffie's a Nobody? Isn't she a Human? I remember seeing her in the game with Aerith and the rest of them, what little of the game that I've been able to play.

Other than that, it's looking reasonably good thus far.

I get what you are saying on the history now that I see it is a little shorter than usual, but there is not really much on Yuffie that I could find.

On the nobody part, I asked Roxas and he said that it was perfectly fine.

Well, if you want her to be a Nobody, then she's going to properly be Yuffie's Nobody as opposed to Yuffie herself, which is something you can explain in the History. What happened, how she lost her Heart, how the Heart was restored (if you don't want to make a Heartless version available for someone to play), that sort of thing.

I'm perfectly open to interesting ideas, but I'd like to have at least the formalities addressed somehow. Even if it is just a handwave in the direction of Canon. It's not like being a Nobody gives the character any more power or ability than if the character were a Somebody. It's a matter of RP note more than anything else, and possibly some Light Elemental spells would hit a Nobody or Heartless harder than a Somebody because of the Darkness or the Nothingness in them.

Just give me something in the way of In Character explanation and I'll be able to roll with it.

Well, I think that I might be changing my mind on being a nobody, but if I did, would the information that I gave you be enough including if I changed my elements?

As a Human Somebody I'd really still need an extra paragraph for history. She's a Canon character. Surely you can find more information about her role in Kingdom Hearts and come up with something about what she's been doing in the past year since the end of KH 2. Especially since in KH she's shown working with Leon (Squall) towards the destruction of the Heartless.

As for Elements . . . Twilight is twitchy, but she's a neutral character anyway so it'd fit. Wind is perfect for her. Hmm . . . She uses Earth for some of her Limit Breaks in VII, if you want to go that direction.

If it's FF's, you've got a series to work from. Last Order, Before Crisis, Crisis Core, 7 itself, Advent Children, Dirge of Cerberus.

If this is Kh's Yuffie... ...Well, a lot will need made up.

ok, I have a little more information thanks to Xion, but here is my question.

I have resolved to being a nobody, and I know how they lose their heart, but if she loses her heart, can there be a heartless Yuffie?

Like I told you Yuffie, not much was known about your character in the Kingdom Hearts saga so she could have very well been a Nobody, though she was emotional and hyper she could've been. So that being said, it is possible that she had a Heartless version.

I will post a longer history, but it annoys me when I have to go back about three million times to fix stuff.

And Luxord, I still have your money ^.^

If we can get a longer history then I won't pitch a fit over the race.

And yes, that would mean that there'd be a heartless version out there . . . Unless you want to make Heartless Yuffie one of your Forms.

How could I make a heartless version because my friend would like to be the heartless Yuffie?

You want a Nobody Yuffie, go for it.

Your friend wants to play the Heartless version, then I don't see why not. I'd suggest some other name for the Heartless version, but go right on ahead.

Just make sure that the Histories include mentioning the circumstance.

But one thing is of utmost importance and that is a longer History section. Once that is cleared up then I can stamp this and you can get into play.

If I remember correctly, if a nobody has a strong enough will they are able to retain a more human form. Those crawling nobodies are the ones with the weakest will so they look the least human.

While the Organization XIII were the most human of the nobodies and had the strongest will power, at least that is what I think allows some to be strong enough to look Human while others do not. I just sure it isn't how old a nobody is because Roxas wasn't around that long since Sora wasn't turned into a heartless then turned back THAT long ago.

Yes, the will power of the Nobody, has everything to do with their appearance.

Alright, it looks good so far. All I really see is your history needs a bit of work.

The history does need to include a bit of her story in the Kingdom Hearts franchise. Tell us how she came to live in Hollow Bastion and why she is on a mission to restore the old place.
