Requirements: Raiku must be an a heat maintained area with plenty of steam or fire to be able to use this mist

Description:Fire Mist Blinds him making him go berserk trying to find some way out of it or some way to see diving in all directions he will attack everyone and everything in his way to try and find an escape from this mist or wipe it off his eyes (he rarely uses this since it is still new to him and is very difficult. it blinds the foe for a decent amount of time or just distracts the foe for a quick escape.
but mixing it with the right amount of water or condense air(water vapor like rain or such)
also makes the smoke.
it is a circular area motion like if surrounds the area in a ball or a orb of somewhat.
(15 feet wide in diameter.)

History: he has been trying to master Fire and has almost mastered Water,fire has been a burden to him and he is thinking of leaving it all together but then thinks to him self if he can learn it he can use it to his advantage,while water all it dose is bother his eyes he has been training with this trying to let it hit his eyes but to his results it has failed so far but it is progressing.
but if he uses it to the advantage of water he gets somewhere still wondering blindly in the smoke.

Okay, the only thing I need on the description is some sort of distance marker for how much space he can fill with this mist.

Most spells tend to deal with radius or diameters of effect. Just keep in mind that if you draw a circle, the diameter is from one edge to the other, the radius is from the middle to the outside edge.

So how much space are you going to be able to affect for a Tier 2 spell?

hmm...i guess it could be a circle then its more of a orb or a ball of smoke really so yeah a circle edited by the way.

Heartless... I still need a distance descriptor.

How BIG a circle are you talking about? 3 feet? 9 feet? 30 feet? And is that measurement the radius or the diameter?

i am a bit thrown off with the diameter and radius part but i looked around on it and think it is done now.

Okay, so 15 feet diameter would mean that it wouldn't take much movement for any caught in the spell to manage to find their way free of it. So it works.

Basically, for future reference, a diameter is from one edge of a circle to the other. Radius is from the center to the edge. Most explosions are described in terms of a "blast radius".

But I don't see any other issues with this, so unless someone picks up on something I missed...
