Heartless to Heartless (Dee)

Yuffey sighed as she exited the gummi ship. She'd heard there was a party here and figured that it would be fun to see what a Twilight Town party would be like. Walking around the train station she walked forward and followed the directions to the underground. As she walked near it, she could hear "Survivor" blasting, which made her remember Ren, her niece who sang that at Halloweentown. She smiled as she bobbed her head to the music and walked into the system.

When she reached the entrance, she handed the man her invite and he handed her a glow stick. Yuffey wrapped the light around her neck and walked into the room. She headed straight to the bathroom as she carried a back pack on her back to change.

She came out wearing a new outfit and smiled as the lights flashed in front of her face. Yuffey walked into the middle of the dance floor as she started to dance.

Dee sighed as he walked from his home and locked the door. These night ravers were always inviting him, and he always went, even though there was nothing there for him. He had showered and let his hair style by itself, and walked out to where he was now. As he walked down the stairs, he waved to all the people he knew.

When he was outside, he took a left and appeared at the number of the underground. "Guess this is it." He let out a sigh as he stepped down the ramp and to the music that was playing. Dee noticed the song right away. The man in the front took his invite and handed him a blue glow stick. Dee nodded a thank you as he stepped onto the dancefloor. It was then, with the lights flashing, he noticed a girl who caught his eye. He danced over and smiled. "May I have your hand in this dance?!" He yelled over the music.

Yuffey stopped dancing as she turned to the man who just asked her to dance. She gave a slight glare, as she was a woman who was not easy to persuade. "No you may not have this dance." She said as she stomped off to the bar. The nerve of some men! She thought as she ordered a martini. "Karaoke time!" The DJ yelled in the microphone. Yuffey rolled her eyes. "But this time it is special. It's Duets! And the song is 'Picture' by Kid Rock and Sheyrl Crow!" The crowd cheered as the lights fluttered around the crowd. It was then that a pink light was on her and in the crowd she saw a blue light on the man who asked her to dance. "Coincidence, I think not. She thought as she sighed, gulped down the rest of her drink, and walked to the stage.

Dee watched as she left him to go to the bar. No woman has ever done that to him, and this caused him to think of it as a challenge. It was then that the announcer mentioned 'Karaoke' and he cringed. He liked to sing, but not in front of people. So he tried to avoid the lights, but it soon ended up on him. Letting out a sigh he stepped upstage and smiled as he saw it was the same girl of whom he asked to dance. "Hope you guys know the words." The DJ said as he handed them their mics and jumped offstage to the bar. The music started and I sighed. 'Now or never Dee.' My mind thought as it came to Kid Rock, who started the song.

Yuffey took the mic from the DJ and looks in amazement as she heard Dee sing. He has a wonderful voice... She thought as it soon came to her part, which was Sheryl Crow. She sighed as she soon started to sing.

When the song was over Dee had an astonished look on his face of how good the woman could sing. It was soon destroyed as the DJ came back and smiled at the two. "Good going you two. You guys rocked!" Dee smiled as he walked down the stairs and waiting for Yuffey, being a gentlemen. Before the music could start up again, Dee held out his hand. "Now may I take this Dance?" He asked as 'My Valentine' by Martina McBrida came on.

Yuffie sighed as she took his hand and walked down the steps. It had slipped her mind that today was Valentine's Day, a day that she swore to never walk out of the house on. Yet, here she was. Placing her hand in his, she placed her left around his shoulder and waited for him to start leading her.

Dee smiled as she took his hand and placed her hand in his. He then noticed that she knew the correct position of where to put her other hand. Holding her hand, he placed his other hand around his waist. He then began to lead her in a small waltz around everyone who was doing the same. "My name is Dee and you, my dear, has a wonderful voice."

Yuffey was caught by surprise by the compliment and blushed. "My name is Yuffey. And you yourself has a wonderful voice." Yuffey commented back as she regained her composure and stepped on his foot on purpose.

Dee's eye started to twitch as he never met a woman who was resentful to his charm. He lead her near a table that had nobody sitting on it and stepped on both her feet. "What a beautiful name." He said as he lend over and kissed her lips.

Yuffey glared at him, but she could taste a certain taste that she couldn't describe on his lips. So she kissed back, only for that taste. Also, she kind of liked him already. There was a special aura around him as she wrapped her hands around his neck.

Dee grinned as he released the kiss and removed her hands. "Not going farther than that Butterfly." He said as he started to walked to the door. He turned before exiting and moved his finger for her to follow.

Yuffey glared at the name, as she hated pet names and watched him wave her over. She was not somebody that he can take easily though. She crossed her arms over her chest as she pointed her head to the ceiling.

Dee noticed the challenge and smiled at her as he knew she would probably see. He then motioned her again as he walked up the ramp after giving a nod to the large guard.

Yuffey turned to see his reaction as she saw his smile. It confused her, and yet made her curious of what the man was thinking. She gave a sigh, as she quickly walked to the bar and asked for a shot of moonshine. After drinking the shot, she felt a little dizzy, as the effects had yet to reach her. Giving a quick nod to the door guard, she walked up the ramp and saw Dee.

Dee grinned as he took her hand. "Come with me." He smiled as he ran her through Twilight Town to a building and sat on the top of it and watched the sunset. "Beautiful, is it not?"

Yuffey nodded as she looked up. "It is beautiful."

"Not as beautiful as you." Dee then turned Yuffey's head in his direction as he stared at her for a second and then kissed her lips.

Yuffey kissed back as she moved her arms around his neck. She didn't even know his name, but she knew that he was the one.

Dee stopped the kiss as he grinned. "My name is Dee, and I think that we are going a little far."

Yuffey nodded in agreement as she smiled back. "My name is Yuffey. And I think we should have a date... tomorrow?"

"We could go to a place. The little restraunt down at the corner." Dee turned her and pointed at the small store. "7:00 PM tomorrow." He whispered in her ear as he then kissed her cheek and ran off.

((TIME SKIP TO DATE))

Yuffey exited the gummi ship in her outfit. The restaurant seemed casual, and not to dressy when she visited it earlier. She locked the gummi ship and walked past all the houses and apartments until she reached the small restaurant.

Dee smiled as he exited his apartment. He couldn't wait for this date for some reason. The other dates were just 'BLAH' but this Yuffey girl seemed different. After locking the door, he ran out the door and waved at the people who waved to him and wished him good luck. He smiled as he ran non stop to see her walking to the restaurant. "YUFFEY!" He yelled as he caught up to her.

Dee:

Yuffey turned her head and grinned. "Dee!" She turned fully around and ran to meet him with her arms held out.
