Our new home?(Open)

He gave her a look of"are you really asking that?" as the fire came to life. He reached in his pocket and pulled out a single purple bottle just as the same as Yuffie's.
"She did go over it's potency right? Not to grink more than two spoonfuls?"
He then put the bottle back and went back to petting Zephyr with a bit of aggression. This made her growl lowly in annoyance, making his soften his movements.
"Sorry Zeph..."
A thought suddenly came to his mind as to how to check on Talone's well being.
"Zephyr think you can find Talone? She's in...what's that castle called..."
Said wolf picked up her head and looked to be thinking of wether she should leave or not.

She nodded as she remembered what Talone said. "Castle Oblivion..." Yuffie said as she started to cut a fillet of the fish. "How will Zephyr find Talone and check on her?" She asked as she switched her kunai to a sharper one. Her cutting was fast as it seemed like she made this every time she cooked.

Both seemed to giggle at Yuffie not realizing she was a spirit wolf. Zephyr decided to unwrap her aura from around Lyle and stood proud.
"Zephyr is the spirit of the Zephyr wind in canine form. She can travel from world to world as a gust of wind. Now please check on Tal for me and have her write a letter if you can."
With that Zephyr nodded and turned into a green twister before disappearing completely. Lyle watched perplexed as Yuffie cut apart the fish.
"why are you cutting the fish into pieces? I've never seen cooking like that before."
He tilted his head to theside as a show of confusion on his behalf.

"They taste better like this. Fillets." Yuffie's stomach grumbled as she said the word. She was soon done and she looked at Lyle as she stood. "Mind watching them?" She asked as she wiped the scales off her kunai's with a leaf. "Need to get a pan out of the gummi ship." She didn't wait for an answer as she walked to her gummi ship.

When she came back she placed the fish in some fishing breader she brought with her and placed cooking oil in the pan. "You'll like it I believe." She said as she covered the fillet in breader that looked like white powder and then placed it in the oil when the oil was hot enough and let it sizzle. "So how long will it take for Zephyr gets in touch with Talone?" She asked wondering.

Just the smell of the uncooked fish made his mouth water. He didn't understand why but the raw foods seemed to appeal to him more than cooked. He shrugged some when she asked how long Zephyr will take.
"Zeph has a bit of an ego so show tends to take her time. I wouldn't worry though, she normally doesn't come so quickly to my call unless she knows me or Tal are in danger."
His eyes fell some along with his wings when he thought of how injured Talone's was. He brushed it off when he saw Yuffie hadn't decided to cook all the fish. He grinned evolution before picking one of the smaller ones up and cutting it open with one of his claws. He took a small piece with the scales still on it and popped it in his mouth with a content look on his face. He wasn't really aware if Yuffie saw this as disusting or not.

Yuffie stared with a look of disbelief on her face. "That was something I did not want to see." She grimaced as she looked at her own fish. It was then she heard another gummi ship land beside them. "Well, well, Yuffey is here." She mumbled.
A female who looked like a twin of Yuffey stepped out of the black gummi ship."Yuffie! I got news you're not going to like!" Yuffie stared at the heartless as it ran to them. "Ren sent me a message!" She then turned to the boy and nodded, but soon turned her attention to Yuffie again. "She said that a woman entered the castle and took her hostage. Not to worry she is fine, but she doesn't think Kuja is very happy right now."

Lyle ignored Yuffie's grimance and finished his fish, leaving only bone and eyes. He perked up though when the gummi ship landed and out came a twin of Yuffie. This confused him greatly until there was mention of castle oblivion.
"That has to be Talone! Did Mister Kuja hurt her?! Please tell me!"
He was instantly crying in his new found panic. He started sparking some as his crying got steadily louder with each sniffle.

"Ren didn't mention it." Yuffey said as she crouched beside him and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Yuffey, you parked your gummi ship where?" Yuffie asked. "Clearing in that direction." She answered while pointing to the jungle. "I'll find out Lyle." She then headed off towards the woods and Yuffey looked at the boy.

He pulled back when the woman touched her hand. He didn't like the energy coming off of her and curled up. His tail was twitching as he wrung it harshly in his hands. He dug his talone's toes into the dirt as he looked at the woman with crying eyes.
"Why do you have miss yuffie's face and have dark energy..."
His whole being was shaking again as sparks came off his marking to relieve some of his fear.

Yuffey huffed as she looked at him. "Yuffie, she happens to be a nobody. I am her heartless." She then looked around wondering when Yuffie would get back. It was then that Yuffie ran back to the two."Any answer?" Yuffey asked her. "You lost connection over five minutes ago." She slapped Yuffey upside the head and sat down beside Lyle.

He restrained himself from latching onto Yuffie as she was the only one around him he felt secure with. He stifled a squeak when a roar of wind came past them and Zephyr appeared with a rolled up paper. He sprung to his feet and latched onto the wolf with tears falling from his eyes. He petted her with a smile as he too the letter and read it.
I'm fine little one. I was able to get Ratchet out of suffering and healed up. I've been healed as well. I know this will upset you bu you must understand. I now am a servant to Kuja, the man I'm hiding you from. I'm not allowed to leave this place without Kuja's permission(as far as I know) and won't be home for long stretches of time. Don't worry though Zephyr will remain with you until I return. Also, let yuffie know I did hold Ren hostage but didn't harm her, just scared her. The child is safe and sound as I had found her. I hope you can forgive me for this.
Talone
His hands were shaking before he dropped the letter and began to wail like a banshee. He was sparking like no tomorrow as he flapped his wings in a failed attempt to fly into the conopy. zephyr rushed over to him and wrapped her aura around the struggling boy to try and calm him.
"He can't take sister away from me! She keeps me safe he can't do this he just can't!!"
The aura was having no effect as he nearly shocked the wolf with his marking. His cries were getting louder as his wails reached a point that could break glass.

Yuffie covered her ears, as did her heartless. Yuffey though thought of an idea after she scanned the paper. Running over she covered his mouth hoping to stop the screaming. "I HAVE AN IDEA!" She screamed. Yuffie looked at her heartless and then scanned the paper over. Her eyes widened as she realized what Yuffey's plan was.

His eyes went wide when Yuffey clamped a hand over his mouth. The scream was taken down a few levels to more of a whimper. He then forced his marking to spark pale blue electricity as he bit down on her hand, hard. zephyr huffed some at this but tried once more to wrap him in her calming aura. He seemed to growl now as he bit harder into her hand, his body pulsing with electricity and his eyes still producing tears. He startedto grind his teeth hoping to inflict some type of damage.

Yuffey ground her teeth as she kept the hand there long enough to explain. "If you want to see your sister then Yuffie can sneak you in. She lives there." Yuffie looked around, hoping that the kid would just look at Yuffey like she was crazy. "It would be hard to do. But there is enough rooms, so I believe I could. But if you go, I will not be responsible for you. Any trouble and I'll just shrug. But I will get Ren to bring you food when your hungry. And I could probably let you see your sister." Yuffie sighed as she finished and Yuffey let go of his mouth and shook her hand around to get rid of the pain.

His eyes were wide at this crazy plan before having Yuffey pull her hand free of his teeth. He let out a whimper as he wiped away some of the saliva from his lip. He finally relaxed as Zephyr muzzled his cheek. She traveled into his thoughts and explained he should listen to Talone's wishes.
"But I want to stay with my sister! She ne-ow!"
Zephyr had smacked him in the head with her snout as a way of saying 'no complaining'. He then began to pout as the tears slowly ceased.
"fine! I'm sorry miss Yuffey and miss Yuffie but I can't o against Talone's wish. If she says it's safe for me to go there I will. I think she may want me to build a nest here anyways."
Zephyr nodded in approval but Lyle hung his head some in need of his sister.

Yuffie smiled and patted his head. "It's okay, it was a good idea though." Yuffey stared at the boy and then at Yuffie then ran off. "Wonder where she is going to." Yuffie thought out loud as she watched her heartless self.

Yuffey grinned as she grabbed some items from Yuffie's gummi ship and ran to her ship. Hoping that Yuffie would see and get the idea of what she was doing.

Yuffie grinned as she looked at Lyle. She just saw what Yuffey was doing and sat down beside Lyle. "Better be ready to love Yuffey, she is going to take her transmitter and create a thing where you could contact your sister from another contactor from my gummi ship." She smiled as she hugged him. "You'll be able to contact her I'm sure!"

His eyes got big and he picked his head up at these words. He first hugged Yuffie while fluttering his wings. He felt his heart swell with joy as he sat there until he could talk with his sister.
"Thank you miss Yuffey!!! This means a lot to me!"
He then thought for a moment and quirked his head to the side in a rather cute manner.
"wait, how does it work? Doesn't that mean she has to have something similar to your gizmo?"
Now Zephyr was listening with a smirk on her lips. She may have been an 'animal' but she had the mind of a human. She then tried to tap into Yuffie and Yuffey's thoughts.
"this is very entriging, please explain."
The voice was gentle and seemed to come and go in it's loudness just as the wind.

Well, Yuffey will be creating a link in between the two communicators, making it possible that nobody can tap into them. Also she will be wiring the cords so that they are mobile and get good frequencies. Yuffie thought back as she smiled at Zephyr. "Well, she will be making it portable and all you have to do is smile and talk after pressing the red button. You will then see the room that it has been placed in and will let out a ding. Then your sister may pick it up. The green button is to turn off." She then smiled at him as she waited for Yuffey.

Zephyr nodded her head in thanks and set her head in Lyle's lap. His body was beaming as his tail swayed behind him with anticipation. He didn't think something like this was possible. He smiled at Yuffie before a question came to mind.
"Miss Yuffie? Who is this Ren person Tal was talking about?"
He had the paper in his hands but he didn't look at it. He feared he would start a tantrum again if he just looked at the words.

"Well Ren happens to be my adoptive daughter. I took her in. When Yuffey comes back, I'll see if she can wire it to get to Ren and let me see if she knows anything and then wire it back to your sister's, which I will hand to her personally." Yuffey than ran up and skidded to a hault. She held two little TV's in her hands and handed one to Yuffie. "I heard you. So I already fixed it." Yuffie nodded a thanks to her heartless side and sat down beside Lyle. "Now watch, this is how we turn it on." She clicked the large red button and soon there was a room in the background. "REN!" Yuffie called. A girl soon popped up and smiled. "Mom! Hiya!" Yuffie smiled and waved at the girl.

He backed away from it in fear for a moment but settled himself and watched how it look as if the girl was shrunk and stuffed into a room inside the device. His lips pulled into a smile come as he decided to wave to the girl.
"This is so...weird...how is she in the screen?"
He was completely baffled at how such things worked being a boy lucky to know what a radio was.

Yuffie smiled and looked at Ren. "The answer is we are connected through a frequency. It's kind of like being in the mind of someone. Right mother?" Ren asked. Yuffie smiled as Ren looked down the hallway. "Kuja's coming. I must run." Ren quickly shut off her side. Yuffie sighed and handed the communicator to Yuffey. "Fix it back for him." She nodded as she started to fix it back up.

He was still perplexed at the small device. He watched Yuffey begin to mess with the device as he looked at his toes and flexed his toes in stress.
"Does the lab have one of those little devices that tal can find?"
He didn't pick his head up as he drew sprials in the ground. He seemed depressed to an extent. Zephyr noticed this and muzzled his face, getting a giggle out of him.

"I'll be leaving soon to bring hers to her..." Yuffie replied solemnly as she looked at Yuffey and then him. "They would start to worry if I'm not there..." She hung her head as Yuffey passed her Talone's communicator and then laid Lyle's beside him as she crouched beside him. "I'll stay with you Lyle, if you wish for me to." She gave a small smile at Lyle as Yuffie patted his shoulder. "You'll soon be in contact with her, trust me." She gave a smile to him and then looked at the gummi ship. "I must go though."

He had a look of fea in his eyes but knew he had to be strong for his sister. When Yuffey offered to stay with him he instantly shook his head no not liking her energy. Zephyr stayed close to him and nosed his hand wanting to be petted. He looked at the spirit then back to his friends.
"You don't have to stay with me, but thank you for the offer. I'll be fine with Zephyr."
A thought graced his mind and he looked to Yuffie kindly.
"miss Yuffie do you think you could take me home to Twilight Town? I really don't know how to get out of here..."
