So You Want to Use a Keyblade . . .

As of this moment, those characters which do not begin play as Keyblade wielders CAN gain the ability as part of play, HOWEVER, there are rules which must be observed.

The character to receive the power of the Keyblade MUST undergo the Rite of Succession with another character, one which already uses a Keyblade. This enables them to have the POTENTIAL to use the Keyblade, if the Heart is strong enough. The Rite of Succession is very simple. A candidate must hold a Keyblade in the presence of the wielder.

The Administration WILL need a link to the thread in which this occurs.

At this point the character must prove the strength of their heart, either through a Dive or through some other means so long as the RP is offered to the Administration for approval.

Once the Proof thread is approved by Administration then the new Keyblade wielder may create their initial keyblade, the Kingdom Key or a custom if they have the posts for it, and begin using the Keyblade.

Congratulations, the character is now a Keyblade wielder.

These canon characters are considered to have already performed the Rite of Succession from Sora.
