Effect: This effect allows Kuja's orbs to gain a tracking effect thus they can chase a target around like a missile with high speed. This only applies to the orbs not the spells and this does NOT make the orbs stronger they just make them chase targets around. They are not that hard to loose in tight areas due to how they can't do sharp turns, it only in wide open spaces that they really become a problem.

History: Kuja gained this power after using his weapon and the orbs many times over in battles as it takes a certain amount of talent and experience to be able to give the orbs or anything really the ability to track and chase a target well enough not to run crash into the ground. This power is mostly helpful to hit targets that just won't stay still.

Hmm . . . enchantment to make the orbs move in wide angles . . .

Ehhh, I don't see a problem, but if Roxas wants you to put an activation cost on it, that's his choice.
