Kairi's Blue Globes

Description: Kairi reached her hand out and her fingertips start to glow. The glow becomes tiny flames at each finger. She then brings her fingertips together to the point that the flames join as one, at which point they begin to grow and she spreads her hand out again so that the globe of blue-tinted holy fire fills her palm. When it is the size of about a softball she throws it at her target. If the globe hits then there is something of a splatter effect as it spreads doing mild Light damage, about on par with a Fire spell or a Blizzard, and leaves mundane flames in its wake. Only the original flames are colored blue with Light damage, the subsequent flames are the red or orange of mundane fire.

History: Kairi is born of Light and that energy can be a powerful force against dark opponents and their ilk. She needed a spell which could aid her against those forces when she and her friends faced them in battle. Magic was, after all, a more familiar form for her to use than the unfamiliar melee combat. This particular spell seems to work quite effectively when she needs it to.

Notes: This spell is one that was previously Approved and so I am going to presume that it is still acceptable. The only alterations which have been made have been as a matter of the History since much of Kairi's story is being rewritten on Site.
