History: Alesana was in the ground for some time, behind a great oak. It was wielded by an old blacksmith who placed a curse on it. The curse was that the only person who could control the katana would be a female heartless. But that person would have to face challenges, more challenges than normal. Yuffey didn't know about the challenges when she first came upon the katana, but when she met up with a blacksmith to get it cleaned, he screamed in horror and told her the curse. Yuffey listened and then challenged the man to teach her how to use it. Yet, when Yuffey used it, the katana ended up changing her appearance. Her hair grew longer and turned a greyish, navy blue color and makes her taller. Yuffey like the change though and learned how to fight from the old man.
