Home World:born on Noralia but stays in the forest of Twilight Town with his sister.

Appearance: Lyle has a small lithe frame, giving him a more feminine appearance. He stands at 5ft 10in with skin as white as fallen snow. He has a long cream-blonde stripe down the center of his back from the base of his neck to the tip of his tail. He has a roundish face with large icy pink eyes, a black slightly curved mark under his right eye, and a nervous smile always on his lips. He has long pointed ears as his sister but only has a single piercing in each ear. He has short blond, almost white hair on his head with two long narrow braids on each side of his face.  He has long nails and bird like feet only he had his forth heel claw unlike his sister. He has large blond, off-white wings that span 12ft wing tip to wing tip. He wears a light blue linen tank top and with a white vest. He has dark blue shorts that stop just above his knees. He wears light blue leg warmers that go up to his knees but expose his toes. He wears fingerless arm warmers that go a little past his elbows in the same color. Both sets of warmers have a white stripe at each end. He has a small sock of light blue and white that covered part of his tail but still exposing the fluffy tuff of fur at the end.

Personality: Lyle is a nervous, jumpy thing. He is more likely to go with the flight option than the fight option. He can be startled just by the smallest creak of breaking branches on a forest floor to a kind hello from someone. He is extremely clingy to his sister as he sees her as his soul guardian and that no one else can help him. It's rare he shows anger but when he does it's a mess of strong magic attacks and hot tears running down his face. He has a habit of crying for no reason even if he's enjoying himself.

Fighting Style: long range is best as he uses spells to protect his party members

Affinities: He's best at hiding from the enemy, being as silent as the dead he can creep around or away from those attacking him. If he can focus long enough he can create strong shields for his team mates. Unlike his sister he isn't a strong flyer and can run faster on land then soar through the air.

Weaknesses: just as his sister his wings cannot get wet for they can't function in flight. He is not a strong flyer due to a gene that has not only changed his pigment but his muscle strength. 

History:  Lyle was born into the city just as his sister. He ended up being studied in the city as he had a mutated gene that caused a loss of pigment in his features and weak wing muscles. he was tested on as long as he can remember. He can still recall clearly crying out for his mother and her doing nothing about what the Novads injected into his body or damage they did to his wings. His sister was his only comforting being next to a small patch work bunny toy Talone had made him. On his tenth birthday she took him away from the city and into the forest on the outskirts of the city. He was quickly taken in by a flock mother and treated kindly by someone other than his sister. When Talone was attacked 3 years later he became emotionally unstable,  forcing the flock to isolate him from the other children for his and their safety. When Talone finally healed he would not stay far from her side. He tried to follow her but couldn't get far as she flew quick while he was still slow. He saw her fallow a cloaked man but couldn't catch up to them. He ended up stumbling across a shaman from the eastern flock that made a deal with him. He gave the shaman some of his blood and his mother's necklace before being forced into a dark portal. He was knocked out in the process, leaving him laying in the court yard of the mansion of Twilight Town. Talone came across him during one of her hunts and took him home making sure he was safe. She was confused as to why he followed her into this strange new world but didn't push it as she could tell the child had been through too much to be told to recall everything again.

Someone clarify for me, though: Can ANYONE outside of Luxord master Time?

as long as it's only used for the purpose of speed boosts and not to try to go all Matrix on us, then yes, players can use Time as a Tertiary or at MOST Secondary on a Main.

Only Luxord, though, can have Time as a Primary.
