Name: Knuckle Dusters and Heel Blades

Type of Weapon: a set of open hand gauntlets and matching open greives.

Primary/Secondary: 
(Primary: gauntlet and greives combo.

Description:frame for both gauntlets and greives is made of a light weight silver metal. The palms of hands, fingers, bottom of feet, and toes are exposed, binding the metal parts down with thick leather straps. Both sets have 3 2ft long sharpened steel claws attached just above the toes and fingers. The claw tips are hooked slightly. The metal plates have light carvings of swirls and feathers carved into them.

Elemental Alignment: Air

Ability/Function: if she swipes them quick enough. She can generate flesh cutting wind blades that sail in the direction of her swing. She can also use them to latch onto higher ground and hang until she feels it is safe to come down or her wings aren't tired anymore.

Close/long range: mid to short range.

History: Talone was given the weapons by her adoptive flock mother as a way to give her back her missing forth claw. They were adjusted as she grew and the plating changed as she became a more violent fighter. She had finished many hunts with her weapons along with protecting deliveries from Novan Caravans passing through trying to get Rouge MaloGiff info. She she tried her best to fight off the rabid CrawBear that attacked her. She had ended up killing it by stabbing it through it's mouth into the back of it's head but at the price of completely rating up her arm to a bloody, painful mess.

so she's Edward Scissorhands AND Feet.

I have a random question, if she had to stab the rabid CrawBear through the MOUTH and got her arm all tore up . . . how come she didn't become rabid herself?

Explain these secondary functions a bit better to me. I presume the "throwing needle" is the wind blades you mention, and we do allow Weapon Special Attacks so long as they aren't overused. Is this Hunting Knife aspect simply accounting for creativity in usage since she's got huge blades attached to her hands?

She was treated shortly after the attack so she recovered form any illness she could have contracted and with the throwing needles and hunting Knife they are actual emergency weapons she stores in her thigh belt pouch if she can't get to her Knuckle Dusters and Heel Blades in time.

Ahhhh, okay, Throwing Needles and Hunting Knife need to be written up as separate Weapons.

We DO have a rule against dualwielding until 500 posts, so you can't use either of those in the same post as you use the gloves 'n' greaves, because there needs to be a nod in the direction of sheathing one weapon and drawing another.

Just keep that in mind, okay?
